I am proud to announce that we just started building this brand new beauty of a van, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 4×4. Follow us along how we convert this into a high-end bespoke Unfollow Overlander here and on our Socials.
This van will get the following specs:
- two single swivel seats in the front
- a removable 3rd seat on rails in the back for an additional passenger
- DARC Flares: the highest quality side pod extensions from Germany in the back to be able to sleep comfortably across the van
- The Unfollow Insulation System, Sprayed Cork and Sheepswool all around.
- Heating and Hot Water system based on a Truma D4E
- Full electrical setup as powerful as in a house, all based on Victron Energy components
- Unfollow Remote Management, in the unlikely event of an issue we can remotely log in to the van and isolate and resolve the issue
- MaxxAir Deluxe Fan and a large high quality Skylight over the bed
- Side Windows in the front and additional windows in the back doors
- A full kitchen with cooker, sink recessed in the countertop and a Dometic cooling box
- Ample storage, including a toilet compartment
- A hot outside shower in the back
- A folding bed to enable the owners to load large luggage even after the van is converted
And at a later stage our client will add
- a complete roof rack system from Dutch Van Parts with Deck, Solar Panels, brackets for MaxTrax and a Storage Box
- Rock Guards and a Stronger suspension
And of course our job wouldn’t be finished without all the proper safety certification: safe electrics certificate, RGI gas certificate and the SQI engineers report to certify the whole camper conversion.
